Nimble is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the talent acquisition strategy for its Bangkok and Vietnam offices. The role covers end-to-end recruiting strategy, building passive and active candidate pipelines, sourcing talent, improving recruitment processes and candidate experience, organizing recruitment events, and partnering with People Operations on internal and external branding. Candidates need at least five years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including at least one year in an agency environment, along with tech-recruiting experience, strong English, and a headhunter mindset.
