Vultr is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and recruit technical and corporate talent, including engineering, DevOps, cloud, data, GTM, and marketing roles. The role owns candidate screening, compensation analysis, candidate relationships, job descriptions, and the end-to-end recruiting process while partnering with hiring managers and leadership. Candidates should have recruiting experience, technical-sourcing experience in a high-tech company, ATS and sourcing-site expertise, compensation-conversation skills, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 plus a quarterly variable bonus.
