Glean is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional enterprise AI product programs from ideation through launch. The role coordinates Product, Engineering, Design, Go-To-Market, and Customer Success teams; manages multi-quarter roadmaps, dependencies, risks, launch readiness, execution metrics, and operational improvements. It requires a technical degree, 8–10+ years of technical program management experience in SaaS, and strong knowledge of AI/ML systems, LLMs, agents, APIs, data systems, and software product development. The position is hybrid, requiring four days per week in Glean’s Mountain View office, with an annual base salary of $198,000–$235,500.
