TENEX is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional AI-native security initiatives. The role manages delivery across AI research, infrastructure engineering, and security operations; establishes frameworks for scaling AI-driven security capabilities; mitigates technical risks and dependencies; defines governance and best practices; and communicates technical strategy to executive stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of technical program management experience, cybersecurity fluency, and the ability to work with LLM deployment, model performance, and data infrastructure. It is based in San Jose, California, or Kansas City, Kansas, with a hybrid work model.
