HP is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager - Ecosystem to lead delivery across the WXP-Print portfolio and a complex ecosystem of platform capabilities, business applications, shared services, engineering teams, and partner organizations. The role owns end-to-end program execution, including planning, dependency and risk management, release readiness, stakeholder alignment, trade-off analysis, and continuous improvement of delivery practices. It requires strong technical breadth, cross-functional leadership, Agile and portfolio planning experience, and typically 7–10 years of relevant experience. The position offers a $130,700–$205,200 USD annual base salary plus potential bonus and equity for United States candidates, along with health, dental, vision, disability, and other benefits.
