Berkley Technology Services is hiring a Software Development Intern to support the evolution of a Java-based policy administration platform used for insurance underwriting, quoting, binding, and policy issuance. The intern will work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, code review, deployment, support, release planning, and agile project work. The role provides exposure to Java, Spring, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, RESTful and SOAP APIs, and production troubleshooting. The primary work location is Urbandale, Iowa, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
