Description
AfterQuery is hiring a Software Engineer - Platform Infrastructure to design and build shared infrastructure for data generation, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluation harnesses, and automated data pipelines supporting frontier AI model development. The role owns scalable, reliable, observable, and fault-tolerant systems across data pipelines, compute, task orchestration, and storage, while establishing engineering standards and collaborating with engineers and researchers. Required qualifications include production distributed systems or platform infrastructure experience, Python or JavaScript backend technology, cloud and message-queue experience, high-throughput pipeline knowledge, and production system ownership.
