Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is hiring a full-time Program Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico to lead and coordinate development and sustainment of complex software systems for satellite ground operations in its Strategic & Military Space Division. The role combines technical leadership, stakeholder communication, project execution, risk management, integration and testing oversight, and support for proposals and government-facing processes. The position requires a technical bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of software program or project management experience, familiarity with agile/hybrid frameworks, PM tools, cloud/distributed architecture, and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance. The role offers a salary range of $141,000 to $200,000 and requires onsite support with up to 25% travel.
