Description
The Sous Chef - Driver serves as a hands-on culinary leader and operational driver for ISS's food program at 145 Starlite Street, South San Francisco. The role oversees kitchen production, menu execution, food quality, food safety, HACCP and OSHA compliance, inventory, staffing, labor efficiency, cost control, and team development while supporting client and guest experience. The position works Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., pays $30.00 to $34.00 per hour, and requires a valid driver's license and MVR check because operating a company vehicle is essential.
