The Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations will establish hiring plans, develop operational improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting data, external agency performance tracking, and HR data reporting. The role coordinates with the operations team, recruiting department, hiring managers, and HR Team, advises on site hourly labor needs, and manages one direct report. Home Chef offers a base salary of $75,000–$95,000 USD in Illinois, along with healthcare coverage, a 401k match, and paid time off.
