Carnival Corporation & plc is hiring a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and translate business strategy into integrated people strategy. The role covers talent and workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, change management, employee relations, and complex HR issues, while coaching HRBPs and developing direct reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field and at least eight years of progressive strategic human resources business partner experience, along with Microsoft proficiency and preferred Oracle experience.
