The Senior Human Resources Transformation Consultant will lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements for mid-to-large organizations, combining HR strategy, technology, AI enablement, automation, analytics, and process redesign. The role includes business development, solution design, client relationship management, project delivery, financial scoping, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to thought leadership. It is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or Washington, District of Columbia, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the office.
