CrowdStrike is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Technology Excellence & Resilience organization to own complex, cross-functional engineering programs across multiple teams and organizations. The role combines 70% program management—roadmap alignment, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and executive reporting—with 30% AI tooling, including AI agents, dashboards, automated reporting, and integrations across Jira, GitLab, monitoring, and infrastructure systems. The position requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card status, at least 12 years of complex engineering program experience, executive influence, technical credibility, and proven AI fluency. It is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite at a posted location, and offers a U.S. base salary of $140,000–$215,000 per year plus bonuses, equity, and benefits.
