Aehr Test Systems is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying advanced semiconductor test systems. The role combines strategic program oversight with technical execution across mechanical, thermal, electrical, software, automation, robotics, DFM/DFT, reliability, and quality activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 10 years of technical program management experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-complexity electromechanical systems, and experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar programs through NPI and high-volume manufacturing.
