Dealpath is hiring a Staff Software Engineer in San Francisco on a hybrid basis requiring three days per week in the office. The role leads complex, cross-team initiatives; sets technical direction for architecture and AI-enabled development; establishes code quality standards; partners with product, design, and quality; improves platform reliability and performance; and mentors engineers. Candidates need a computer science or software engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience including full-stack development, scalable web-backend expertise, advanced front-end experience, and hands-on production experience with AI-assisted development tools.
