Description
The Staffing & Human Resources Director will support Biltmore Church by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, reviewing, and offboarding staff; coordinating interviews; maintaining employee records; overseeing staff evaluations; serving as an HR liaison; and supporting the receptionist and executive team. The role reports to the Executive Pastor - Ministries and CFO, is full time and exempt, and is based in Arden, North Carolina. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a Christ-like testimony, and a passion for serving in a Kingdom-minded church setting are required, while at least three years of HR or recruiting experience is preferred.
