Accelleron is hiring a Strategic Project Manager to lead high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives supporting North America's growth, operational excellence, customer success, and business transformation. The role manages projects from concept through implementation and benefits realization, performs business and financial analysis, supports executive decision-making, and coordinates stakeholders across Sales, Service Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and General Management. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 5–7+ years of experience in strategy, business development, project or program management, operations leadership, or business transformation, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and hybrid or remote work options.
