Le Groupe Maurice is hiring a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage assigned recruitment cycles, advise managers on staffing strategies, source candidates through social media, participate in candidate selection and offer presentation, improve recruitment processes, maintain business relationships, attend recruitment events, and update staffing dashboards. The role requires a college diploma in administrative techniques or human resources, at least one year of recruitment or staffing experience, communication and influence skills, knowledge of recruitment trends and social media, MS Office proficiency, a valid driver's license, and occasional travel.
