Description
The employer is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Advisor to support technical recruiting across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, sources and interviews candidates, develops compensation proposals, maintains ATS records, builds candidate pipelines, and provides strategic talent insights for semiconductor, electronics, and high-tech hiring. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of technical recruiting experience, semiconductor or high-tech recruiting knowledge, and familiarity with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems. The position is remote or hybrid in the United States West Coast and offers an estimated base salary of $75,000 to $105,000.
