Workman is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor in Guildford to support recruitment across its commercial property and real estate business. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, develops sourcing strategies, coordinates and conducts interviews, screens candidates, uses Workable, manages external recruitment partners, and supports graduate, apprenticeship, and early-careers recruitment. It requires recruitment or talent acquisition experience, stakeholder management, communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns; hybrid working requires at least three days in the office.
