Nacar is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist for its Barcelona studio. The role supports talent sourcing, candidate interviewing, scheduling, ATS management, job description development, and recruitment communication, while owning the end-to-end onboarding process and coordinating new-hire schedules and welcome sessions. The specialist will also identify onboarding improvements and may eventually lead performance and development initiatives. The position requires 1–3 years of HR, talent acquisition, or related people-function experience, strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
