GHD is hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead recruitment across an assigned portfolio of roles in the Montreal area or Quebec City. The role partners with hiring managers, manages sourcing, screening, assessments, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offer execution, and provides market insight and hiring recommendations. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, familiarity with recruitment systems and sourcing tools, and strong French and English communication skills. The position follows a hybrid model with up to two days working from home each week.
