Mutinex is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a six-month fixed-term, full-time contract in New York City, reporting to the Head of Talent. The role owns live requisitions across GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A; builds outbound and referral pipelines; maps talent markets; partners with executives on hiring strategy; improves ATS hygiene, interview frameworks, and candidate experience; and leaves documented processes and live pipelines for handover. Candidates should have at least five years of talent acquisition experience, including in-house experience, strong sourcing and hiring skills, ATS and reporting ability, and credibility with executives.
