Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring coordination, or candidate screening (agency or in-house).
Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn (Recruiter or Sales Navigator experience is a plus).
Comfort running first-round screening / qualification calls and asking structured interview questions.
Ability to assess candidate quality, motivation, communication skills, and role fit.
Highly organized with experience managing multiple candidates and open roles at once.
Experience using an ATS or CRM to track candidates, notes, and pipeline stages.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up (email, LinkedIn messages, etc.).
Process-oriented mindset with an interest in building and improving systems.
Ability to make clear pass / fail recommendations based on defined criteria.
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
