Description
Solarvest is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and improve the scalability of its hiring function. The role partners with HR and business leaders, sets recruitment priorities, manages critical and senior hiring, coaches junior recruiters, maintains talent pipelines, and oversees the full hiring cycle across engineering, project, finance, sales, corporate, and leadership roles. Candidates need at least five years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, including technical and non-technical hiring, sourcing, ATS or HRMS use, Malaysian employment knowledge, and independent recruitment management.
