Unlimit is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruitment for sales and go-to-market roles across key APAC markets. The role involves sourcing and managing Mandarin-speaking candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting first-round interviews, maintaining candidate experience and employer branding, managing external job postings and recruiting platforms, and reporting recruitment metrics. Candidates need at least three years of full-cycle recruitment experience focused on APAC, a fintech commercial and sales hiring record, strong communication and multitasking skills, native or fluent Mandarin, fluent English, and knowledge of local employment practices. The position is full-time, with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule and office-based work.
