Cosm is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high-performing recruiting team and develop company-wide talent acquisition strategy across Corporate, Venue, and Intern programs. The role oversees hiring for senior and high-priority positions, manages requisitions and external agencies, builds employer branding, partners with HR and hiring managers, and uses data and applicant tracking systems to improve recruiting efficiency and quality of hire. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 10–14 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, strong ATS and HRIS knowledge, and a hybrid office schedule in the Los Angeles or Dallas area.
