The role combines recruiting, hiring strategy, operations, sourcing, interview-process design, funnel analysis, talent-brand events, and content creation. It is intended for someone early in their career with 1–5 years of experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment, strong writing and relationship-building skills, and an undergraduate degree; a computer science or technical background is a plus. The role requires in-office work 4–5 days per week in San Francisco or New York and offers a base salary of $90,000–$150,000 plus equity and benefits.
