Keen is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This role involves assisting with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, refining hiring processes, and driving strategic recruitment across various roles and departments. The manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building and implementing systems to enhance the employer brand, streamline operations, and shape Keen’s talent strategy.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, within the BPO industries
Proven track record of managing end to end recruitment
Strong experience recruiting across diverse functions including customer experience, digital, tech, creative, and operations
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ATS systems like Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives that increase Keen’s visibility and recognition as an employer of choice
Identify and build partnerships with external platforms, awards, and communities to showcase Keen’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent
Strategically source from competitor brands and relevant talent pools, using market intelligence to inform recruiting efforts
Knowledge of South African labour laws and recruitment compliance
A proactive, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset
