Description
Vapi is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the company’s candidate-facing programs, including employer brand and careers content, technical events and community, the referral program, university and early-career pipelines, and the talent community. The role will audit current hiring metrics, launch and improve referral and event programs, publish careers content, host recruiting-focused technical events, and present a 12-month roadmap. The manager will report directly to the Head of Talent and should have experience building recruiting programs, employer brand, or talent communities, especially in a fast-growing startup competing for technical talent.
