Pigment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Contractor for a six-month rolling engagement supporting priority go-to-market hiring. The role partners with hiring managers and GTM executives, sources and closes high-performing candidates, develops headhunting strategies, screens candidates, manages the candidate experience, coaches interview teams, and reports recruitment metrics. Candidates need at least five years of Talent Acquisition experience, including hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector, along with strong headhunting, communication, analytical, and recruitment-tool skills. The position is fully remote for candidates based in the United States and offers a contract day rate starting at $400.00 USD.
