BCG is hiring a TA Manager/Recruiting Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruiting for a defined set of global business and functional stakeholders. The role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with talent strategy, stakeholder partnership, sourcing, recruiting-data analysis, process improvement, and mentorship of new recruiters. It requires 6–8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, strong judgment and communication, and the ability to work in a global, collaborative environment.
