Description
Operations1 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full-cycle recruiting process, build active talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, manage onboarding, develop employer branding, and lead recruiting technology and AI initiatives. The role requires several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scaleup, strong people-management and stakeholder-skills, knowledge of ATS and agent-based recruiting platforms, C2 German and C1 English, and regular on-site work in Frankfurt.
