Corteva Agriscience is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage complex, full-lifecycle recruiting activities across professional, technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership roles in North America. The role partners with hiring managers, People Strategy Partners, and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, source and engage candidates, maintain pipelines, guide candidates through the recruitment process, facilitate offer negotiations, and use recruiting technologies and AI tools. It requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree, at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder-partnership skills, ATS proficiency, and strong communication and analytical abilities.
