Moss is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting across Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, primarily for Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams. The role covers sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, business partnering with hiring managers, process improvement, and AI and tooling initiatives. Candidates should have a track record sourcing and closing high-calibre candidates, full-cycle recruiting experience, AI tooling experience, and C1 English; German is a plus. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Director and includes an online assessment, intro call, hiring manager call, live case study, and final in-person interview.
