Route 92 Medical is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build and own its talent acquisition function as the company scales. The role owns full-cycle hiring, sourcing, candidate pipelines, hiring-manager partnerships, interview coordination, compliance, and recruiting-process improvement. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work in San Mateo, California, or West Jordan, Utah, with at least two days per week onsite. The role requires a high school diploma, at least five years of full-life-cycle talent acquisition experience, at least three years of pipeline-building experience, and at least three years of recruiting in a highly regulated industry.
