Upwind is hiring a remote, U.S.-based Talent Acquisition Partner to support a global talent team across multiple functions, seniority levels, and geographies. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, builds sourcing pipelines, partners with hiring managers and leadership, manages candidate experience, develops talent networks, and improves recruiting processes. Candidates need at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced technology companies, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and familiarity with modern recruiting technology and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
