Applied Materials is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Technical Recruiter in Singapore to support large-scale semiconductor manufacturing technician recruitment during production ramp-ups. The role manages end-to-end sourcing and hiring for equipment, manufacturing, cleanroom, and maintenance technician roles; conducts structured screening; partners with hiring managers and HR; and drives fast-turnaround recruitment through bulk hiring activities and optimized workflows. Candidates need proven semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing recruiting experience, strong high-volume hiring capability, knowledge of Singapore’s talent and workforce-hiring landscape, and experience with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.
