Satispay is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and manage its Sales and Customer Operations recruiting function. The role owns end-to-end recruiting, active sourcing, ATS management, hiring-manager coordination, and talent-metrics reporting. It requires high-volume recruiting experience, sourcing and ATS skills, stakeholder management, Italian fluency, strong English, business acumen, and data-quality standards. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a gross annual salary of €28,000–€32,000 and a hybrid working arrangement.
