Protolabs is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for its Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. The role supports global hiring across technology, engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, marketing, sales, HR, and other corporate functions by developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, conducting outreach and screening, researching talent markets, maintaining ATS records, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, sourcing experience in technology and engineering or operations, ATS proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
