Description
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist sources top talent across Clarvida’s organization, develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies, builds and maintains talent pipelines, and engages candidates and hiring managers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years of talent acquisition or sourcing experience including at least 3 years supporting U.S.-based hiring, strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills, proficiency with ATS and CRM tools, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
