Binance is hiring a full-time fixed-term remote Recruiter for a 12-month contract, with possible extension, to support business and commercial hiring across relevant teams. The role manages full-cycle recruitment, partners with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, builds talent pipelines, improves hiring processes, and delivers candidates through onboarding. Candidates should have 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, including business-facing hiring, with Fintech, Financial Services, Web2, or Web3/Crypto experience preferred. The position is open to candidates anywhere across APAC time zones.
