Nanit is hiring a Recruiter for a one-year maternity-leave-replacement contract, with possible extension, to support talent acquisition for Product and R&D roles across Israel and the United States. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial assessments and behavioral interviews, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, and building a talent pipeline. Candidates need at least two years of recruiting experience in a technology or startup environment, sourcing and applicant-tracking-system proficiency, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in Hebrew and English. The position is hybrid.
