Compass Education is hiring its first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across the business. The role reports to the Head of People, administers the Workable ATS, builds talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers on fair assessment processes, manages candidate experience and employer branding, reports recruitment metrics, supports workforce planning, and manages agency relationships. It is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia, requiring 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and familiarity with an ATS such as Workable.
