Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Member Facing to manage full-cycle recruitment for branch and member-facing positions. The role partners with branch leadership, develops sourcing and employer-branding strategies, coordinates interviews and onboarding, analyzes hiring metrics, ensures compliance, and supports workforce planning. It is virtual-first from the St. Paul, Minnesota corporate office, with onsite work typically once or twice per month and occasional travel to branch locations and events. The position requires at least two years of talent acquisition or similar recruiting experience and offers a starting annual pay range of $62,200 to $79,350, plus medical, dental, vision, paid leave, wellness, and 401(k) matching benefits.
