Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports staffing and stability across Bathhouse locations by managing recruiting for operational backfills and ongoing hiring needs. The role sources candidates, reviews applications, conducts initial screenings, presents qualified candidates to General Managers, maintains candidate pipelines, tracks applicant progress, and coordinates with HR and operations leaders. The position requires 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Rippling and Greenhouse experience is preferred. Compensation is $90,000–$95,000, with medical, vision, and dental insurance available.
