Confluence is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pittsburgh to manage recruitment processes end to end, from vacancy intake through offer and onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers, develops hiring strategies, creates hiring documentation, coordinates interviews and feedback, manages candidate assessment, and supports talent pipelines, sourcing, automation, and process improvement. The position is hybrid, ideally based in Pittsburgh with some in-office work, and requires permanent United States citizenship or a Green Card.
