Huel is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, compliance, and onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers and business leaders, develops sourcing strategies, provides market insights, supports employer branding, and improves recruitment processes. It requires approximately 2–5+ years of experience in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agencies, strong stakeholder communication, and a focus on candidate experience. The position offers hybrid working with office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, plus medical and health insurance.
