IPG is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Human Resources to recruit and evaluate entry- and mid-level salaried candidates for IPG North America, manage requisition and advertising compliance, coordinate interviews and candidate logistics, process offers, onboard new hires, and manage the intern program. The role also supports recruiting invoice reconciliation, candidate expense processing, and HR projects. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2–4 years of recruiting experience are required.
