Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across retail, cultivation, production, corporate, and other departments in the Minnesota market. The role sources and attracts candidates, coordinates interviews, manages employer branding, maintains compliance and candidate records, supports onboarding, and helps improve recruitment processes. It requires at least two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, full-cycle recruiting knowledge, ATS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and 100% on-site work at the company’s Edina headquarters. Compensation is $50,000–$65,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
